World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services in a busy branch environment. This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and careful documentation.

You will balance sales, collections, tax preparation, and branch operations, with performance-based earnings and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Sales, customer service, collections, or account management experience with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate and consistent data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business in a high-volume environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documentation, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and required tax documentation.
• Handle cash, perform bank runs, and deliver deposits.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations for sales, collections, tax preparation, and account management.
