Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. The role involves implementing marketing strategy, territory planning, and driving sales within assigned geographies in the U.S.

The position offers opportunities for professional growth, exposure to oncology, inflammation, and other therapeutic areas, and may include remote or hybrid work arrangements where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences, business or related field.
• 4 years of sales experience OR 6 years with associate degree or equivalent.
• 8 years with high school diploma and sales/healthcare experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Lead branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory targets.
• Develop accounts, manage access, and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow professionally.
