Job summary

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, communicate clinical benefits of Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategies, promote products, and work with a District Manager to achieve sales targets.

The role requires building relationships, delivering programs both in-person and virtually, and maintaining Amgen’s values while advancing patient access and outcomes in your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Promote Amgen products and implement marketing strategies led by the District Manager.
• Deliver branded sales messages and conduct educational programs to achieve sales targets.
• Develop territory plans and influence product access and reimbursement discussions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain brand integrity and be a strong ambassador for patients and Amgen values.
