Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Four to five years or more of operations services related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area and applicable laws/regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs bond processing for treasury bond customers using established procedures.
• Provides internal and external customer service.
• Reviews account transactions for appropriateness and resolves issues with corrective processing.
• Tracks and gathers information for statistical reporting and suggests processing improvements.
• Ensures legal requirements for special transactions are satisfied.
