Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of related experience.
• Preferred: Banking, accounting, finance, or business-related experience.
• Wire processing or payment operations experience.
• Experience working with financial data or reconciliations.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing funds for corporate trust accounts.
• Support wire transfers and debt service payment activities.
• Reconcile accounts and balances to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor accounts and identify potential overdrafts.
• Review trust documentation and verify authorized signers.
• Confirm funds are distributed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
• Support investment-related account activity.
• Partner with relationship managers and internal business partners to resolve account-related questions.
