Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of related experience is typical.
• Experience with banking, accounting, finance, or business-related work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing funds for corporate trust accounts.
• Support wire transfers and debt service payment activities.
• Reconcile accounts and balances to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor accounts and identify potential overdrafts.
• Review trust documentation and verify authorized signers.
• Confirm funds are distributed accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Support investment-related account activity and collaborate with relationship managers.
