CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Post Closing Bond Manager to lead the Bond Post Closing Team. You’ll determine when loan-level issues require escalation and ensure timely resolution within 48 hours, while guiding staff across MCC and bond programs.

You’ll oversee daily assignments, drive process improvements, and coordinate with investors and other CCM departments to maintain compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Bond Post Closing Team including pipeline efficiency, employee development, and performance coaching.
