Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Corporate Trust Analyst to help ensure timely principal and interest payments for bondholders and to support the administration of corporate trust accounts. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals in banking, finance, accounting, or operations.

The position involves processing fund transfers, reconciling accounts, verifying signers, and supporting investment-related activities while working with relationship managers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• Less than two years of related experience is typical.
• Experience with banking, accounting, finance, or business-related work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing funds for corporate trust accounts.
• Support wire transfers and debt service payment activities.
• Reconcile accounts and balances to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor accounts and identify potential overdrafts.
• Review trust documentation and verify authorized signers.
• Confirm funds are distributed accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Support investment-related account activity and collaborate with relationship managers.

What You’ll Do

Process incoming and outgoing funds for corporate trust accounts. Support wire transfers and debt service payment activities. Reconcile accounts and balances to ensure accuracy. Monitor accounts and identify potential overdrafts. Review trust documentation and verify authorized signers. Confirm funds are distributed accurately and in accordance with established procedures. Support investment-related account activity. Partner with relationship managers and internal business partners to resolve account-related questions.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
