Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Structured Finance Analyst to support complex trust and structured finance transactions.

You will manage cash and asset activity for trust accounts, ensuring accurate processing and timely settlements while collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional service to clients. Qualifications

• This role requires an Associate's degree or technical education, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of related experience is required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial transaction processing.
• Experience interpreting transaction, trust, bond, or distribution documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash and asset activity for a portfolio of trust accounts.
• Monitor account balances, overdrafts, and uninvested cash positions.
• Process funding transactions and disbursements in accordance with governing trust and bond documents.
• Review transaction documentation to determine the timing and movement of funds and assets.
• Prepare trust accounting system entries and support daily account administration activities.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure operational controls, legal requirements, and client expectations are met.
• Research and resolve account inquiries, exceptions, and transaction issues.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and client service.
