The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer III to oversee Change Orders and Field Orders for districtwide design and construction projects. You will coordinate with PMO and FPD, develop accurate reports, and ensure timely processing to protect bond funds.

This high-visibility role requires strong contract documentation skills, teamwork, and proactive decision-making to keep projects on track and aligned with district goals.

Qualificações

• Seven years of professional construction experience in a similar role.
• BS/BA in construction, engineering, or architecture.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint; Bluebeam experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Change Orders and Field Orders across districtwide projects.
• Track RFIs and submittals with design and construction teams.
• Coordinate with PMO, FPD, and stakeholders to maintain schedules.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly management reports.
