CLMI Group, LLC is seeking a Project Engineer III to support the PMO Construction Department and the District Facilities, Planning, and Development on bond-funded projects in Los Angeles. You will track RFIs and submittals, manage Change Orders and Field Orders, and prepare reports for management review.

The role requires seven years of construction experience, a BS/BA in construction/engineering/architecture, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience in a construction-related role.
• BS/BA in construction, engineering, or architecture; four years of additional qualifying experience may substitute education.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Experience using Bluebeam and Adobe software for document reviews/mark-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support for the Construction Department and District Facilities, Planning, and Development on bond-funded projects.
• Track RFIs and submittals with owner, design team, and construction team across design, pre-bid, and construction phases.
• Review Change Orders (CO), Field Orders (FO), and other contractual documents.
• Coordinate with PMO and District FPD on CO processing and approvals.
• Maintain CO/FO logs and prepare management reports.
