Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions in the United States seeks a qualified professional to develop equipment BOMs and establish equipment-to-material linkages for industrial assets, reading P&IDs, OEM manuals, drawings, and vendor data to ensure accurate material descriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Maintenance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years SAP PM/MM, equipment BOM, spare-parts, or maintenance data experience.
• Experience developing equipment BOMs and linkages for industrial assets.
• Able to read P&IDs, OEM manuals, drawings, and vendor docs.
• Experience analyzing CMMS BOM structures and identifying gaps.
• Proficient in project execution, teamwork, client management, and workshops.
• Advanced Excel for large data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment BOMs and equipment-to-material linkages.
• Analyze P&IDs, drawings, datasheets, and catalogs.
• Identify maintainable components, spare parts, and part numbers.
• Validate material descriptions and catalog data.
• Prepare BOM load templates and cross-reference logs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data exceptions.
