Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data, acting as the bridge between engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing. You will ensure data integrity, drive ECOs, and optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain, 5+ years in BOM management or related fields, and strong ERP/MRP and PLM skills. Commutable to Fort Wayne, IN with a competitive package and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in BOM management, engineering documentation, or supply chain (5+ years).
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain accurate BOMs for assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Load, manage, and maintain component parts in ERP/MRP systems.
• Implement ECOs and revisions to BOMs to ensure ongoing accuracy.
• Oversee BOM data integrity in ERP systems across departments.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Support cost calculations and E&O inventory processes.
