Job summary

BOM Manager role in Fort Wayne, Indiana seeks an experienced operations professional to manage the full lifecycle of product BOMs. You will act as a bridge between engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing, ensuring data integrity and driving ECOs to keep manufacturing efficient.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, 5+ years in BOM management, and strong ERP/MRP (Epicor 2024.2) and PLM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of BOM management or related experience.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience (Epicor 2024.2 is a strong plus) and PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• BOM Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain accurate BOMs for products and components.
• Part Creation & System Maintenance: Load and maintain parts within ERP systems.
• Engineering Change Management: Implement ECOs and revisions for BOM accuracy.
• Data Integrity: Ensure BOM data consistency across departments in ERP.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Cost & Inventory Control: Support material data accuracy and E&O inventory processes.
