Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a detail-oriented BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data in Fort Wayne, IN. You will bridge engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure data integrity, drive ECOs, and optimize BOM configurations for cost and efficiency.

You will build and maintain detailed BOMs for assemblies and components, load parts into ERP/MRP systems, and collaborate across teams to resolve discrepancies and identify substitute parts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong data integrity focus.
• Experience in BOM management or supply chain roles.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed BOMs for new and existing products.
• Load, manage, and maintain parts in ERP/MRP and PLM systems.
• Implement ECOs and revisions to BOMs.
• Oversee BOM data consistency across departments.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Support cost calculations and inventory data accuracy.
