Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structure data, bridging engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering or supply chain, 5+ years in BOM management, and hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor 2024.2) and PLM software.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of BOM management or related supply chain experience.
- Experience with ERP/MRP (Epicor 2024.2) and PLM software.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong data integrity and cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- BOM lifecycle management across assemblies and components.
- Load and maintain parts in ERP and PLM systems.
- Implement ECOs and revisions to BOMs.
- Oversee BOM data integrity across departments.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist cost and inventory control with accurate material data.
