Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a BOM Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data. You will bridge engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing, ensuring data integrity, driving ECOs, and optimizing manufacturing operations to support sustainable growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management and 5+ years of BOM-related experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor 2024.2 a strong plus) and PLM software.

Qualifications

• Experience in BOM management or engineering documentation.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain BOMs for new and existing products across assemblies and components.
• Load and maintain component parts within ERP/PLM systems.
• Implement ECOs and revisions to BOMs to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee BOM data within ERP systems to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Assist in cost calculation and E&O inventory activities.
