Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of BOM management or related supply chain experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor 2024.2 is a strong plus) and PLM software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and analyze BOM configurations.
• High attention to detail and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• BOM Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain BOMs for new and existing products across assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Part Creation & System Maintenance: Load, manage, and maintain component parts within ERP/PLM systems.
• Engineering Change Management: Implement ECOs and revisions to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Data Integrity: Ensure BOM data remains consistent across departments within ERP systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
