Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a BOM Analyst and Documentation specialist in Jacksonville, FL to support CSV and validation activities. The role includes planning, creating and reviewing URS, SDS, RTM and related documentation, and leading IQ/QC for manufacturing lines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure rigorous quality systems and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree and has experience with software validation, change control, and documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Experience with CSV and validation documentation.
• Ability to create and review validation reports and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CSV validation activities and document reports.
• Create, review and approve URS, SDS, RTM and related documents.
• Lead IQ/QC activities for manufacturing lines and software validation.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure quality system compliance.
• Support audits and continuous improvement of CSV processes.
