Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a BOM Analyst and Documentation professional in Jacksonville, FL to lead computer software validation (CSV) project planning, documentation creation and review. The role focuses on URS, SDS, RTM, and procedures, with responsibility for IQ of manufacturing lines, cross-functional collaboration, and audit readiness.

Ideal candidates will have a technical degree and experience in CSV documentation, with the ability to manage multiple projects within a regulated environment

Qualifications

• Experience creating and reviewing software validation documents (URS, SDS, RTM, procedures).
• Ability to plan and manage CSV project activities and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSV documentation activities including planning, creation and updates of URS, SDS, RTM and procedures.
• Review and approve software validation documentation and test scripts.
• Support Change Control Board (CCB) activities and IQ (Installation Qualification) of manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate across functions/sites on CSV initiatives and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Prepare for audits and assist with audit readiness for CSV.
• Act as SME for CSV and manage investigations and remediation of audit observations.
