Job summary

The role includes a 6-month training on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift, with potential OT as needed. The position requires reading blueprints, strong math skills, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or optional.
• Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds.
• Able to stand 8+ hours and perform repetitive motions.
• 6-month training: 1st shift for up to 6 months, then 2nd shift.
• Experience with progressive presses is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate boltmaking machinery to meet daily production goals.
• Verify part quality using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Identify tooling sequence from BOM and ensure proper setup.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and meet safety standards.
• Record production activities and machine performance.
• Work OT as needed.
