Qualifications

• The Forming Operator operates boltmakers to manufacture bolts and parts, performs set ups and adjustments.
• Safety is the top priority; must uphold safety policies and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license for industrial equipment and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred qualifications include forklift and crane operating experience, familiarity with forming equipment and the forming process.

Responsibilities

• Operate boltmakers and perform set ups, change-overs, and machine adjustments using pneumatic tools and jib cranes.
• Interpret product prints and conduct part inspections to ensure quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
