Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Boise seeks an Operations Manager to plan, direct and coordinate transit services, ensuring safety, reliability and efficiency in the regional area. You will support dispatch, evaluate routes, and manage MIS systems for operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, a Class B CDL with airbrake and passenger endorsements, and experience supervising 60+ staff. Reports to the General Manager in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• Experience supervising operations teams and coordinating diverse activities.
• Ability to manage compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate operational activities of transit division to provide safe, reliable, efficient transport services.
• Support dispatch supervisors in daily goals and coordinate route development and operator bids.
• Ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and maintain MIS systems related to operations.
• Supervise 60+ employees, handle performance appraisals, interviewing and discipline when needed.
• Prepare and present reports to boards or committees and maintain operational records.
