Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive B2B sales experience with multi-state territory experience.
• Experience in Jan/San, commercial cleaning, chemical, or related industry preferred.
• Proven ability to develop distributor relationships and generate demand at end-user level.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve annual regional revenue, profitability, distribution, and end-customer sales objectives.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan to increase market share and revenue across key product categories.
• Analyze performance, trends, and opportunities to identify growth.
• Drive end-user demand through prospecting, demonstrations, and trials.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with distributors and end-users.
• Collaborate with distributors to increase Betco product knowledge and sales activity.
• Forecast opportunities and communicate risks to sales leadership.
• Manage pricing strategies, contracts, and promotions within the region.
• Maintain high activity levels with end-users and distributors; document interactions in CRM.
• Travel and field activities to support customer meetings and distributor events.
