Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. is seeking a per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support health and safety efforts at a large-scale construction site in Boise, ID. The role spans daytime, evening, and Saturday hours, with an anticipated multi-year project schedule.

The provider will deliver care to workers, perform wellness and occupational health services, and assist with clinic management and reporting to both client management and WorkCare leadership.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Idaho with national certification.
• Must have current DEA license.
• Current ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ advanced practice experience; occupational medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-aid, medical treatment and follow-up for workers and non-occupational care.
• Perform regulatory TB tests, immunizations, blood draws, and drug testing.
• Coordinate employee health screening and surveillance programs.
• Maintain employee health records and HIPAA compliance.
• Write prescriptions as needed and support on-site clinic operations.
• Manage relationships with client management and WorkCare supervisors.
