Job summary

Concentra, Inc. in Boise, ID is seeking a Physician Assistant PRN to join our occupational health team. You will collaborate with clinicians, provide primary medical care, and support patient throughput under established protocols.

The role requires a Master of Science in PA studies, current PA licensure, and at least one year in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings, with a strong commitment to patient service and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies
• PANCE certification is required
• Current licensed physician assistant in the state of employed and in accordance with state laws
• Must maintain work state physician assistant licensure throughout the course of employment
• Minimum one year of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or emergency setting

Responsibilities

• Examines patient, compiles patient medical data and examination results.
• Orders or administers diagnostic tests (x-ray, ECG, labs).
• Compiles and documents medical history and physical examination results.
• Interprets diagnostic test results.
• Performs therapeutic procedures (injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care).
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
