RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of mobile industrial hardware within Boise, ID and surrounding areas. You will operate a fully stocked mobile store, prospect new customers, and present solutions directly on-site.

The role requires a strong prospecting mindset, ability to manage store operations, and a disciplined, independent work style to meet sales goals and maintain customer relationships in a logistics-intensive market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills desired.

Responsabilités

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and on cold/warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
