Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of LEED/Green Building principles and requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with budgets from $1M to $40M.

Responsibilities

• Represent ESI to clients, design teams, city officials, and subcontractors.
• Manage all aspects of a construction project, including bidding, construction/operation, close-out, and warranty.
• Establish, monitor, and understand project finances.
• Generate, track, and maintain complex construction schedules.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and manage diverse teams.
• Resolve prime and subcontract disputes.
• Visit jobsites to verify adherence to documents and quality standards.
• Coordinate with support departments to resolve issues.
• Regularly report project status to superiors and clients.
• Train and develop other team members.
