Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management and/or 1-4 years of industry/estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate estimates including subcontractor solicitation, quantity takeoffs, pricing analysis, proposal comparisons, and estimate summary sheets.
• Review, analyze, and interpret Contract Documents (RFP, specification, etc.)
• Completing full quantity take-off and data entry of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Conduct initial analysis of drawings and specifications to aid in establishing project requirements.
• Compile information from daily meetings/activities and communicate to the project team in a clear and organized manner.
