Qualifications

• Diploma or BSc in Engineering or Construction Management is an asset.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with subcontractors and vendors relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong MS Office and MS Project proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze material costs for purchase.
• Manage change orders and subcontractor invoices.
• Review and manage work orders, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Consult with project team, contractors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems.
• Perform tasks as directed by the PM in support of project needs.
• Cost estimating and quantity take-offs.
• Documentation distribution and logging (RFI, site instructions, meeting minutes).
