Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in mechanical construction or service.
Background may include: Project Management, Account Executive Sales or Business Development, Service Manager.
Proven success in developing and closing work.
Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and delivery methods.
Strong understanding of conceptual estimating.
Established local relationships in Boise market strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and proposals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a Boise market entry strategy, including identifying target clients, verticals, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and consultants to generate and close new work.
Lead proposal development, conceptual estimating, presentations, and pipeline management from opportunity identification through contract award.
Manage early-stage projects through completion by defining scope, identifying risks, coordinating internal teams, and maintaining accountability for financial, schedule, and client outcomes.
Establish the company’s local brand presence, support market scaling decisions, and develop processes and best practices for long‑term growth in the region.
