Qualifications

• 812+ years of experience in mechanical construction or service.
• Background may include: Project Management, Account Executive Sales or Business Development, Service Manager.
• Proven success in developing and closing work.
• Strong understanding of: HVAC/mechanical systems, Construction contracts and delivery methods, Conceptual estimating.
• Established local relationships in the Boise market strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Boise market entry strategy, including identifying target clients, verticals, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and consultants to generate and close new work.
• Lead proposal development, conceptual estimating, presentations, and pipeline management from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Manage early-stage projects through completion by defining scope, identifying risks, coordinating internal teams, and maintaining accountability for financial, schedule, and client outcomes.
• Establish the companys local brand presence, support market scaling decisions, and develop processes and best practices for long-term growth in the region.
