Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in mechanical construction or service.
• Background may include project management, account executive sales or business development, service manager.
• Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems, construction contracts and delivery methods, and conceptual estimating.
• Established local relationships in the Boise market strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Boise market entry strategy and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and consultants to generate and close new work.
• Lead proposal development, conceptual estimating, presentations, and pipeline management from opportunity identification through contract award.
• Manage early-stage projects through completion by defining scope, identifying risks, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring financial, schedule, and client outcomes.
