Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes.
• Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Documentation Management: monitor change requests, maintain documents, edit for accuracy, collaborate with SMEs, organize repositories, maintain records.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: follow standards, monitor training requests, audit and update materials, manage OJT certifications, support training records.
