Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a Lead Development Coordinator in Boise, Idaho to manage end-to-end lead lifecycle across inbound and outbound channels. You will ensure leads are reviewed, qualified, routed, and progressed within Salesforce and related systems.

Working with Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams, you will maintain data accuracy, support SLA tracking, and drive cross-functional coordination to optimize lead flow across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Review and validate inbound inquiries, sample requests, and marketing-generated leads.
• Assist with lead routing and progression through lifecycle stages (inquiry to MQL/SAL/SQL).
• Support data quality, enrichment, and CRM standards compliance.
• Help maintain SLA tracking and routing accuracy.
• Assist with duplicate record identification and cleanup efforts.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university
