Job summary

The Simplot Company in Boise, Idaho seeks a Manager, Procurement Operations to translate demand and supply plans into procurement execution. You will lead Supply Planners, Buyers, and Procurement Ops teams to ensure inventory availability and on-time PO execution.

This role partners with Demand Planning, Strategic Procurement, Distribution, Operations, and Commercial teams to fulfill customer demand through disciplined procurement planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading supply planning and procurement teams.
• Experience with IBP and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supply Planners converting approved demand plans into executable supply plans.
• Oversee accurate and timely purchase order execution and supplier delivery performance.
• Drive IBP processes and inventory optimization to meet service levels.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Distribution, and Finance across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor inventory health, aging inventory, and replenishment performance.
