Job summary

The Simplot Company in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Customer and Sales Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service and product solutions. You will manage customer needs, drive sales, and act as a subject-matter expert on order lifecycle, inventory, pricing issues, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities include handling daily customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, and supporting process improvements across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years related experience and/or training.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with order lifecycle and inventory workflow.

Responsibilities

• Manage order lifecycle and inventory validation.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with CSS Associates to process orders from customers, brokers and sales area managers.
• Participate in training and policy/procedure documentation.
• Support process improvements and reporting initiatives.
