Quanta Power Solutions seeks a Boilermaker Superintendent to lead boiler, HRSG, and related mechanical construction on large-scale power-generation projects. You will provide field leadership for craft labor, subcontractors, and supervisors, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial construction experience, boiler/HRSG or heavy mechanical.
• Previous Superintendent or field-leadership role experience.
• Experience on heavy industrial projects (power, refinery or petrochemical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead boilermaker, pipefitter, ironworker and subcontractor activities.
• Plan daily construction ops, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Oversee HRSGs, boilers, ductwork, pressure parts and mechanical systems.
• Review drawings, specs and schedules to ensure correct execution.
