Job summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service is seeking a Service Manager in Dallas, Texas. The role oversees a team of mechanics, technicians, and welders, coordinating resources and responding to emergencies with technical resolutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of boiler service experience, strong electrical/controls capabilities, and excellent communication. Experience with safety programs and job margins is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years as boiler service technician in commercial/industrial steam and hot water boilers with electrical/controls skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write proposals based on customer needs.
• Review safety documentation and ensure personnel safety on site and in shop.
• Develop and evaluate employees for continual improvement.
• Review service tickets for accuracy, time entry, and materials.
