• Strong knowledge of boiler controls like Siemens, Autoflame, Fireye, Honeywell.
• Experience with boiler inspections and manufacturers.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex boiler, burner, and control systems.
• Proven ability to lead technicians and office staff.
• Experience scheduling service calls, quotes, and customer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily boiler service operations, supervising office personnel, boiler technicians, and mechanics.
• Coordinate service calls, repairs, preventive maintenance, annual inspections, and emergency service work.
• Prepare job quotes, repair estimates, and service proposals.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for boiler and burner issues.
• Oversee service schedules, labor utilization, job costs, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with boiler inspection requirements and industry standards.
