Job summary

Aireko Services & Installation, LLC in Puerto Rico is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for the Boilers unit. The role focuses on developing under the supervision of the Operations Director, gaining hands-on experience to advance to a Service Manager position, and delivering high-quality boiler services.

You will collaborate with repair and installation technicians, communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers, and help manage planning, scheduling, and adherence to safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management and coordinating service teams.
• Strong communication with customers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Familiarity with NBIC and ASME standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Director with milestones in technical, financial, and people management.
• Assist in approving contracts and change orders until authorized.
• Help supervise boiler service personnel to meet quality standards and deliverables.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise field technicians to maximize production and customer satisfaction.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with NBIC and ASME codes.
