Job summary

Miura America is seeking a Field Technician to service, inspect, and repair boilers, and to coordinate start-ups and inspections for customer sites. The role includes maintaining inventory, delivering strong customer service, and supporting safety programs.

Training is provided, with the potential for growth within the service department. The position requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, solid communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical background with mechanical and electrical experience.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on boiler room equipment.
• Conduct water analyses at customer sites and report results.
• Troubleshoot and repair boiler room equipment.
• Utilize water management, maintenance, and inspection reports.
• Create proposals for customer site improvements.
• Manage installation projects of boiler and water treatment equipment.
• Adhere to safety, health and environmental programs.
• Maintain parts and tool inventory on service vehicle.
• Perform other tasks as required.
