Job summary

W.C. Rouse and Son, Inc. seeks a Service Manager with strong boiler expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of boiler mechanics and technicians.

You will oversee service projects, maintain client relationships, and drive quality service delivery across North and South Carolina. The role requires 3+ years in boiler or HVAC service management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Boiler or HVAC/Mechanical service management experience.
• Experience leading teams with direct reports and managing service projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience; strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with customers through exceptional service and support.
• Maintain expert status in equipment and service offerings with ongoing education.
• Schedule technicians and manage Service KPI targets and billable hours.
• Oversee proposals, quotes, and service agreements in coordination with Sales.
• Provide field services estimating support to Reps and Engineers.
• Lead monthly service meetings and manage cloud-based service records.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and uphold Core Values.
