Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in boiler or HVAC service management, a bachelor’s or related engineering degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce CRM is a plus. You will drive safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement across service operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Boiler or HVAC/Mechanical service management experience.
• Experience with Boiler Service and Mechanical contracting/installation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Mechanical or related Engineering degree is a plus.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of boiler mechanics and technicians to deliver service excellence.
• Schedule technicians efficiently to meet KPI targets and billable hours.
• Coordinate with Sales and Applications Engineers on service proposals.
• Support service quotes and service agreement quotes.
• Maintain accurate project and service data in cloud storage.
• Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and uphold core values.
