Job summary

Lamb Weston Twin Falls plant in Idaho is seeking a maintenance technician to monitor boiler and refrigeration systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation and consistent product quality. You will read meters, adjust controls, and coordinate with B&R Mechanics for larger repairs.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing maintenance experience, must pass pulmonary/fit testing, and communicate effectively in English. Proficiency with basic computer tools and CMMS is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out certification required or will be trained.
• English communication in writing and speech required.

Responsibilities

• Starts, operates, and shuts down boiler, refrigeration and auxiliary systems.
• Records equipment data in daily logs and sheets.
• Adjusts controls to prescribed ranges, switches to backup, or shuts down as needed.
• Visually inspects equipment and takes corrective action.
• Performs preventative and general maintenance with B&R Mechanics for major repairs.
• Documents removal, installation, disassembly, repair, and assembly of plant equipment.
• Updates CMMS daily with work order results.
• Performs non-routine maintenance jobs as assigned.
• Maintains organized workspaces, tools, 5S, and documentation.
