Job summary

Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. seeks a B&R Technician I in Richland, WA to monitor boiler and refrigeration systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation and product quality. You will coordinate with B&R mechanics for major repairs and maintain accurate daily records.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, Lock-out/Tag-out certification, and ability to pass a pulmonary/fit test annually. Prior manufacturing maintenance experience is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment, preferred in food processing.
• Effective communication in English, written and oral.
• Lock-out/Tag-out certification is required; training provided if not certified.
• Ability to pass pulmonary/fit test yearly due to SCBA use.

Responsibilities

• Starts, operates, and shuts down boiler, refrigeration and auxiliary systems.
• Reads meters and gauges or recording devices at intervals.
• Records equipment data in daily logs and sheets.
• Adjusts controls to correct operating ranges and switch to backups as needed.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance and coordinate with mechanics for major repairs.
• Update CMMS with work order results daily.
• Maintain organized workspace and documentation.
