Lamb Weston in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Boiler/Refrigeration Operator U1 to monitor boiler and refrigeration systems, ensuring safe, efficient operation and compliance. You will record data, adjust controls, and coordinate with maintenance teams to support production quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Lock-out/Tag-out certification required.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance, food processing preferred.
• Must pass pulmonary/fit test yearly (SCBA).
• Effective English communication, written and verbal.
• Must be able to be qualified within facility timeframes.
• Basic math skills required.
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate boiler, refrigeration, and auxiliary systems; read meters and gauges.
• Record equipment data in daily logs.
• Adjust controls, switch to backup systems, or shut down equipment.
• Visually inspect equipment and address malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate with B&R Mechanics for major repairs.
• Document maintenance and repairs; update CMMS with results.
• Handle non-routine maintenance tasks and maintain organized workspace.
