Lamb Weston in Richland, WA is seeking a B&R Technician I to monitor boiler and refrigeration systems ensuring safe, compliant operation vital for product quality. You will log data, adjust controls, and coordinate with mechanics for major repairs while maintaining organized workspaces and following safety protocols.

The role requires English communication, basic math, and hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, including pass of respiratory-related tests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass pulmonary/fit test yearly due to SCBA use.
• Able to communicate in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Starts, operates, and shuts down boiler, refrigeration and auxiliary systems.
• Records equipment data in daily logs and sheets.
• Adjusts controls to maintain operating ranges; switches to backup systems as needed.
• Visually inspects equipment for malfunctions and maintenance needs.
• Performs preventative maintenance and coordinates with B&R Mechanics for larger repairs.
