Qualifikationen

• Experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food processing.
• Must pass pulmonary/fit test yearly due to SCBA use.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Must obtain facility-specific qualification timelines.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor boiler, refrigeration and related systems to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Record equipment data in daily logs and CMMS updates.
• Adjust controls and switch to backups to maintain prescribed operating ranges.
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions and coordinate repairs with B&R Mechanics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist with larger repairs.
• Document removal, installation, and repair of plant equipment.
• Explain equipment purpose and troubleshoot/repair decisions.
• Update CMMS with work order results daily.
• Perform non-routine maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Maintain organized workspaces and 5S documentation.
