Qualifications

• Ability to detect equipment malfunctions and safety hazards; capable under emergency conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate boilers and maintain a continuous steam supply for hospital buildings.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Record readings every 20 minutes and log results per regulations; monitor meters and flows.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with safety and regulatory compliance.
• Non-essential duties as assigned.
